Aldea Digital

Aldea Digital, a digital inclusion event hosted by Telmex and the Carlos Slim Foundation, aimed to impart new knowledge about the internet and emerging digital technologies to people at different stages of their digital journey. The event featured a diverse array of activities including hackathons, conferences, workshops, concerts, and art installations. A highlight of Aldea Digital was the Lan Party, offering visitors access to high-speed internet. As the lead organiser for its inaugural edition at Mexico City’s Zócalo, I played a pivotal role in conceptualising and orchestrating the event.
